Bio

A twenty-something living in the heart of Music City, Artistic Amanda is the rare person that can move between business and creative endeavors with ease ? wearing the hats of visual artist, graphic designer, musician and entrepreneur simultaneously. Amanda's work has graced various publications and multimedia, as well as hung in several galleries across the Southeast.

Very Short Bio
* 1980: Born in Houston, TX.
* 1995: Lived in an Atlanta, GA suburb; website structure and coding have piqued my curiosity.
* 1999-2003: Moved to Nashville, TN to attend college; studied Commercial Music, Music Business and Photography; continued teaching myself the ropes of web design and freelancing in my off-time.
* 2003: Graduated from Belmont University with Bachelor of Music; furthered my design knowledge by enrolling in some online courses for web design and Flash..
* 2003-2007: Employed as Director of Communications for national non-profit; duties revolved around project management and graphic design for print.
* 2007: After a period of designing for my employer, I embarked on the journey of self-employment.
* 2008-present: Fortunate to continue my work in the creative design industry. Everyone should have an opportunity to work with something they're passionate about.
