AboutA full-service graphic designer, specializing in logo and signage creation, advertising campaign design, cd and dvd cover design, photography and photo manipulation, fashion and apparel illustration. Full knowledge of 4 color printing process. Illustrator BioWhat began as a hobby has developed into a full-time career. I started as a airbrush artist and t-shirt designer back in 1985, while in high school, along with partner Donovan Howard, we formed Black On Black Productions. Donovan and I split the company after we graduated high school. I went to Morehouse College in Atlanta for a year and a half as a marketing/finance major. In Atlanta I started Rich-Boy Productions and created a t-shirt line that was very popular around campus. Also at the time I was developing my illustration skills as a portrait artist in Downtown Atlanta. In 1992 I got the ideal to leave tradition college and pursue art school. Having missed the admissions deadline for a few select schools, I applied to and was accepted into the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. I went on what's called "Immediate Decision Day" with my portfolio. I have designed for clients in New York, Atlanta, Chicago, Nashville, Indianapolis, and Detroit.Design to me is the solving of problems through visuals. My concepts come to me through my interaction with my client. I try to get a personal feel for where my client sees their product or service and what way that can best be achieved. My design philosopy is "Better Graphics Equals Better Business. Web Site: |
