Ben started what is now Wheeler & Co. in 2004 out of a studio apartment on Madison Avenue. Having worked as a high-level creative for some of the top advertising and corporate identity design firms in New York and San Francisco, Ben began building his company with over 20 years experience. ?Lots of people talk about integrated communications without really having the creative experience to back it up. I do. It?s what sets me apart. I don?t take a passive managerial approach and just hire different specialists with the hopes of creating a final integrated product. I take a hands-on approach. I roll-up my sleeves and put my experience to work by being an integral part of the process. I have skills most agency owners don?t have and the ability to not only think of big ideas, but to sit down at a computer or get behind a camera and make it all happen.?
