Bio

John E. Rodriguez III is the founder and CEO of Catalyst Connections, his third Independent Contracting venture. The concept is a collection of his passion for main street/social services, and the impressive experience he has attained throughout his short lifetime.

John has been employed by three international non-profit organizations (environmental and social justice based); grassroots organizing, fund raising, & managing memberships. He was also involved with the establishment of Conscious Consuming (Boston, MA) as a 501 C(3). Still to this day John volunteers his free time, as a lead organizer for GREENPEACE's Tucson chapter. He also volunteers for two neighborhood associations, of which he is a part of.

Freelance design/promotion is an old hat to John. Even in High School he was the unofficial manager of a music band; managing their website, doing the photography, promoting their shows, and designing their album covers. Much of his time in school was spent tinkering with graphic programs, and learning basic advertisement/design functions independently. John's first experience with brand management was for his father's surveillance equipment business.

John's first direct sales venture was a collaboration with his significant other at the time. Instead of working within the Multi Level Market framework given, John created the unique brand/design elements which drew in business from a unique niche market. This technique was most successful, as it was their only source of income for over a year. John was commissioned to help market within the other MLM business John found himself involved in after relocating to Arizona. Currently John is working on their website.

Catalyst Connections has been a huge success socially and morally, while being less then effective economically. despite having a very impressive portfolio, great experience, and a one of a kind "outside the box" technique John intentionally keeps his rates low enough to be enjoyed by those that need it most. This poses another challenge for John, which he confidently relies on his creativity and marketing ability to overcome.
