Bio

Competed and placed in local, state, and national competitions, including Business Professionals of America design competition national winner 2006, Midwest Free Community Papers Design competition 2005, and the state of Iowa SkillsUSA design competition, 2007. Have also designed many local business and organization logos.

A.S. Degrees in both Business and Graphic Design, making me versatile in marketing and advertising strategies for corporate needs.

Versatile on both Mac and PC, proficient in Adobe creative suite.

Work experience other than graphic design include digital photography special effects, newspaper advertising and layout, school/educational study guides, vinyl lettering/banners, management, professional framing at art gallery, floral design and wedding decorating, and many other creative services-based positions. This versatile background gives me insight to several needs in many areas where design skills and talent are necessary to create effective results.
