Bio

Since SN Design?s inception in early 2000 I have grown the business and earned the loyalty and respect of a wide variety of business owners. Subtle Network is still a relatively small company and so I am able to offer my clients very personalized services. When the phone rings, for example, it is me who answers it. My clients don?t ever have to navigate a labyrinth-like phone system or deal with underpaid customer service agents. All of the designs are also personally handled by me and so a client?s work will never be farmed out to an entry level, inexperienced, designer. I pride myself in retaining the majority of my clients and know that my services are a great value to those I work with.

I spend a lot of time structuring my business to ensure that my clients don?t ever pay more than they should. New clients are often astonished by my prices. There are a lot of different options available for people seeking print/design services. Most of the conventional business models sacrifice either price or service. I strive to provide solutions that don?t ask clients to choose between a well designed professional piece, and a economic but unprofessional one.
