Bio

Sander-Martijn is a Williamsburg, Brooklyn photographer portraying the beauty of people. Rather than confine himself to a specific discipline he combines aspects of Fashion, Beauty, Portraiture, and Fine Art to create his unique vision. With an eye for composition and a passion for light Sander strives to capture beautiful images in the lens with almost no post-production work necessary.

His passion for photography began in 1996 with a single photo of light and shadows falling on a woman's back. This turned into a commitment both to the medium and to learn the skills to create such beauty reliably every time he picks up the camera. His work has appeared in galleries, been published, used in CD covers and for movie promotion. He is currently working on a book illustrating the pride of the Hatian people.
