I have an Associate of Applied Arts in Video Production from the Art Institute of Seattle. My primary skill-set lies in camera work and lighting. I also edit in Final Cut Pro and am beginning to branch out into pre-production.

Bio

My name is Tyler M. Yates and I am a graduate from the Art Institute of Seattle, majoring in Video Production. My primary skill set lies with shooting, lighting and other parts of the production phase. I edit on Final Cut Pro 6 and have experience with Avid Express. You can see some of my work on my Youtube page (youtube.com/tmyprod) and if you like I can mail you a copy of my demo reel or we could set up a meeting and I could show you me reel in person. I just returned from the Black Hills Rally at Sturgis, where I was shooting a documentary on a band that was playing there. I was a Co-Director of Photography on several short films shot recently. I also shoot sports and live performances. Currently, I am based out of North Seattle.
