Jules is a Certified Fashion Consultant and comes from a generation of seamstresses from the Philippines and is a new resident of Washington State. Jules actively supports her community by sponsoring and volunteering her talent to help promote economic independence for disadvantaged women and children.

Jules is an avid artist that enjoys creating with her hands. Her biggest desire is to be an asset to her family and community.
