Bio

dot dash's founder, Jennifer Borel Scholte, has over 9 years experience in written and visual communications. After graduating from Smith College with a degree in English Literature, Jennifer jumped into the nonprofit world, working in volunteer management, grant writing, and marketing for groups in Seattle. After a move to Ithaca, NY, she focused her communication skills on writing and editing an alumni publication for Cornell University. A desire to have a more holistic approach to marketing led Jennifer to obtain a degree in graphic design from The Art Institute of Boston at Lesley University. After earning her degree, she worked in advertising, brand identity, and corporate design to learn more about the business. Her wide range of skills and experience gives clients more than the average design experience, but the greatest asset that Jennifer brings to her work is her enthusiasm for her projects and the process of design. Challenge is her greatest inspiration.
