Hello, and welcome to BillBuilt. My name is Bill Matlock. I design, host, and maintain web sites, both public and private. My specialty is custom programming to meet specific needs.

Sometimes, when it's nearing completion, clients end up with something totally different than they envisioned at the start. This because you are involved in every step of the way.
