Bio

Cheryl McNeil holds a Masters Degree in Project Management and Bachelors degree in Business Management and has been working in the Information Technology and Instructional field for ten years. She is currently the owner of her own Training Solutions business, Graphik Connexions, and is rapidly expanding into the area of E-Learning.

Making her start in the field of Help Desk/Technical Support she quickly moved into technical training with schools such as Computer Learning Center and The Cittone Institute. She has created training and instructional materials in the field of technology for organizations as large as Bristol Myers Squibb and Cardinal Health.

Educational institutions, such as Mercer County Community College depend on her for her course development and instructional skills as well. She currently holds the Microsoft Office User Specialist certifications in all areas of MS Office at the Expert level.
